    – Cigna International today announced a collaboration with Teladoc Health to support populations in India during the current humanitarian crisis through telehealth solutions. – In a coordinated approach, Cigna International Markets and Teladoc Health activated local and global telehealth capabilities in less than 24 hours and brought much needed care to many people who desperately need help from the global community. – Together, both companies delivered an agile solution that empowered hundreds of thousands of locally-based individuals to connect with a health care professional who could then safely and securely manage their care and write prescriptions as needed. Other solutions deployed included a dedicated emergency hotline, providing needed local ground support with an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and associated behavioral health support and grief counseling. Does this help Teladoc's dwindling stock price or is it a pipe dream that'll be gone once the pandemic subsides in India? https://hitconsultant.net/2021/06/04/cigna-international-teladoc-health-india/#.YL4Y9lNlAzR submitted by /u/EMECOR [link] [comments]

  25. What’s your thoughts on Teladoc Inc ($TDOC)? (07/04/2021 - Reddit Stocks)
Teladoc Health, Inc. provides virtual healthcare services on a business-to-business basis in the United States and internationally. It covers various clinical conditions, including non-critical, episodic care, chronic, and complicated cases like cancer and congestive heart failure, as well as offers telehealth solutions, chronic condition management, expert medical services, behavioral health solutions, guidance and support, and platform and program services. It serves health employers, health plans, hospitals, health systems, and insurance and financial services companies. I like this stock for the reason that, I it could revolutionise American Health care. The Telehealth sector is here to stay after the pandemic, across rural America it’s hard to get care and some hospitals have even closed. Getting Health Care Was Already Tough In Rural Areas. The Pandemic Has Made It Worse. This sector of society will still need medical care, having the ability to visit a virtual doctor could be life changing. Even for people who don’t have insurance Teladoc is relatively affordable. With insurance, General Medical visits can be as low as $0 (based on your benefits) per visit. Without insurance, General Medical is $75 per visit. I know Amazon is looking to move into this space. However Teladoc is already established and when Amazon Prime began, Netflix didn’t die off. Happy to be proved wrong. I’m just bullish because I like the idea of making healthcare more accessible to more people. submitted by /u/IWannaPumpTheresa [link] [comments]

  37. Just wanted to say (21/03/2021 - Reddit Stock Market)
Hey guys, I just wanted to say, last year was pretty rough on me. I lost my job, had a real bad back injury, and my partner and I were struggling to make payments for the house, rates bills etc. I will never be able to repay my partner for what he did for me during last year, but he’s gotten really into stocks lately, so I thought (now that I have a job and deposable income) that I would want to try it too. To do something together. As I heard a lot of stories about how people have gotten $1000s from them (I know, I’m a sucker for the dream of winning lotto and such like) but I am so enjoying it! I love learning about new things, and the strategy be hind trades and buying. I also love the community here, I’m from the beauty community and they can be quite mean sometimes haha. But yeah, I’m hoping some day all my debt from last year will be paid off and I can start investing more. But so far I’ve only put $50 NZD into Stake. And I’ve made $39.93 NZD So I’m excited for what the future of my new hobby will take me! submitted by /u/becmemes [link] [comments]
