  37. 3D Systems Stock Soars After Earnings Crush Expectations. (11/05/2021 - Reddit Stocks)
3D Systems (NYSE:DDD) reported first-quarter 2021 results after the market close Monday, May 10, that pleased the market. Shares of the 3D printing company soared 14.5% in Monday's after-hours trading session. The market's positive reaction is largely attributable to adjusted earnings and revenue easily beating the Wall Street consensus estimates. The company's solid generation of cash from operations is also likely a factor. Investors should know that Monday's after-hours reaction stems only from the first-quarter data, as 3D Systems didn't provide any guidance in its release. Management will probably issue at least a general outlook when it holds its analyst conference call, which is scheduled for Tuesday at 8:30 a.m. EDT. 44. WHY SILVER IS THE NEXT BIG MOVE (16/06/2021 - Reddit Stock Market)
As you all know, recently some big hedge funds were crushed with the surge of "meme stocks" as some retail investors (WSB) wanted to teach those guys a lesson. And now, we're in a position where the same could happen with some banks with the surge of the silver price. Anyone who's been watching news recently, has noticed a lot of investors and traders talking publicly about how the price of silver is extremely undervalued cause it has being manipulated all these last years by some big banks with the use of contracts and futures. There's a big movement starting to brew which involves people buying and stacking as much physical silver as you can, so demand soars and there's a shortage, and the big house of cards of paper contracts by the banks collapses, and the price of silver goes to the moon (where it should be valued). Besides, silver is a great hedge against the upcoming hyperinflation as more people are now realizing this. The way we profit from this is by any of these alternatives: - Buying physicsl silver (bars, coins, ...) - Buying $PSLV (not $SLV) - Buying silver mining stocks ($SIL, $SILJ, $AG, ...) It's time we profit from this movement and we teach those bankers a lesson, which are the ones responsible for the last economic crisis, the upcoming hyperinflation crisis, and the devaluation of the dollar. 46. Speculative-grade bond spreads are narrow, a measure of investors’ outlook for the economy (22/04/2021 - Reddit Stock Market)
The average extra yield, or spread, investors demand to hold speculative-grade corporate bonds over U.S. Treasurys dropped below 3 percentage points this month to as low as 2.90 percentage points for the first time since 2007, when it set a record of 2.33 percentage points. Is this a time to be fearful when others are greedy? I think that does not accurately capture the reason behind the lower yields, as there is pent up savings and consumer demand that will help drive the economic recovery and it looks very likely the federal government will pour another couple trillion into the economy. But, I’m interested to hear others’ thoughts. Thanks submitted by /u/LeanTheFuckIn [link] [comments]
